Cultural Significance & Uses

Although all parts of this trees are poisonous to mammals, the tree has many uses and its wood is dense and strong.

'We use the leaves for cultural reasons to smoke away spirits. We also boil the bark for sores.'

What Its Look Like?

This strong, stable tree grows 12-18m high with small cream flowers that appear August - November.
